Abstract

MPDs is a disorder characterized by facial pain and limited mandibular functions owing to the complex nature of the disease. It is a chronic pain disorder producing pain by touch or pressure on the trigger point of muscles. This article highlights the possible etiology, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis and Management of MPDS.
