Abstract

It is the prosthodontist responsibility to fabricate prosthesis with stability, retention and support which must be comfortable to the patient. But in the certain conditions such as severely resorbed ridges with increased inter ridge distance; the weight of a maxillary denture is often a dislodging actor. Hence, a light weight denture is required for a better retention. This article describes a simple method for completely edentulous patient with a hollow denture
