OCULAR DELIVERY OF ACYCLOVIR VIA MUCOADHESIVE NANOPARTICLES

Abstract

NPs (Nanoparticles) were prepared according to procedures of nanoprecipitation, single emulsification solvent evaporation methods. Poly(d,l-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were selected as the polymer and stabilizer, respectively.
